During this planning session, we reviewed the operational plan in detail, confirming lift sequences, equipment allocations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures. Clear communication channels were established, with designated points of contact for each party and agreed escalation procedures.

Throughout the operation, our supervisory team maintained real-time monitoring and provided consistent status updates to all stakeholders. This transparency ensured everyone remained informed and aligned, minimizing the potential for misunderstandings or coordination failures.

The heart of the operation—transferring 11 packages totaling 598 metric tons from quay to vessel—required the full deployment of D-DPS’s heavy-lift capabilities. Our certified rigging crews prepared each unit with appropriate slings, spreader bars, and lifting accessories, with senior supervisors verifying configurations before any lift commenced.

For the 100.526-ton farm storage tank, we employed a synchronized dual-crane lifting technique, ensuring balanced load sharing throughout the transfer arc. Experienced signal persons maintained constant communication with crane operators, making micro-adjustments to achieve perfect positioning within the vessel hold.

Each stair tower module was handled with equal precision, utilizing tag lines for rotational control and soft-landing techniques to protect finished surfaces. Our supercargo personnel supervised every lift from both quayside and vessel perspectives, ensuring cargo was positioned optimally for subsequent securing operations.
